Wanna lose 5-7lbs of fat – FAST?!!?
Below is my standard 3 day fat loss (stolen from Dave Draper). Tuna, water and coffee. Dave never mentioned coffee but it will only add to the effect. I like sparkling water too and I buy good white tuna (tastes better). You can add balsamic vinegar, soy sauce or any low fat/sugar condiments for taste.

Do this and ONLY this for 3 days straight and the fat will drop off you. DO NOT gorge yourself on day 4. Instead eat some clean meals with some clean carbs (eg. steak and potato, chicken and rice etc).
I’ve not tried it but I think if you did one day a week for a month it would have a similar effect if you don’t gorge once again.
Training wise – fasted cardio is good as is fast, non stop weight training (lots of supersets).
If you do the 3 days on tuna and water with a 4th clean day with nice, clean carbs then something like this.
Day 1
Breakfast – Tuna, Water and double espresso (no sugar!!)
Fasted cardio for 30-45mins, preferably high intensity
Post WO – Tuna, Water and double espresso
Continue with Tuna and water for the rest of the day.
I would avoid coffee after 3pm otherwise you won’t sleep.
Day 2
Breakfast – Tuna, Water and double espresso (no sugar!!)
Fast weight training with lots of supersets.
Post WO – Tuna, Water and double espresso
Continue with Tuna and water for the rest of the day.
Day 3
Breakfast – Tuna, Water and double espresso (no sugar!!)
Fasted cardio for 30-45mins, preferably low intensity
Post WO – Tuna, Water and double espresso
Continue with Tuna and water for the rest of the day.
Day 4
Breakfast – Steak and eggs
Hard and heavy weights session
Post WO – Chicken and rice
2 more meals with clean carbs and protein.
