Yesterday was terrible, plain and simple. I felt decent up until I got 655 on my back, then it was all down hill. I had a feeling I was over training, I have been really sore all week long and my sleeping has been royally f*cked lately. I had a vicious dump with 655 that bent the cage pin into a "U". We managed to straighten it as much as possible (Sorry Cullen!). Then dumped my next set at 725...just couldn't seem to get the bar on my back comfortably and it kept rolling on me. Scrapped it there before I got hurt.
Next I tried to pull and a very light 565 felt heavy so I decided enough was enough, and called it a day. I am taking from now until next Sunday off...no weights at all. Need to recover. Meet is right around the corner so I have to shake these f*cking cobwebs and get my head on right. Funny how I can smoke 750 the week before then get dumped by 725 this week. Form just feels off in everything.
So, I won't be posting workouts this week, just random things as they cross my mind. Be prepare, this weeks posts may be a tad 'off the wall' for the normal readers out there.
