Ross Enamait is one of those rare individuals that thinks a lot like me! I guarantee you that even if he wasn't selling his excellent books and showing people how to train properly that he'd be doing it alone in his garage gym and enjoying it just as much. Ross knows his stuff and Beyond Strong recommends Ross's ideas and books whole heartedly.
