I don't know how many of you check out the other Blogs on Beyond Strong but...YOU SHOULD!
Rick Walker is one tough son of a gun. In case you didn't know he has a heart pace maker. Yep, the same guy who deadlifts over 700lb regularly and the same guy who is a training freak on a mission from god and BEYOND!!!!! Rick is a father and husband and one of those guys you'd want with you in a brawl. No matter what he'd be there. He's done most things in strength and conditioning and he takes more shit than most because he speaks out and tows the line. He's there for you right now...read his blog and see why.
Steve Shafley. The MOST underrated strength guy on the 'net bar none! Steve has been big, fit, strong, stronger and everything in between. He has knowledge in that skull of his that even he doesn't know is there. If Steve wrote more here he would educate hundreds, possibly thousands of people on what really works in this thing we call strength and conditioning. He is also a father, a husband and again would be at the front of the line when the A-holes come a calling.
Theo/The Dutch. Young, not dumb and no doubt full of you know what! Theo is a growing source of reality and entertainment and one all round strong and up for anything fella. He's the young one with a wise head, a kind heart and a vision for strength and beyond. Theo is the sort of guy that you could take to meet your mum or your wife but also that would indulge in just about as much debauchery behaviour as you could imagine. Quality!
Funny thing is I have only met Theo and yet i know the other guys that well from just yakking online. The truth is out there...find it!
Nick

Thanks for the kind words Nick. I must have missed this entry.. Don't forget about yourself, you are not doing too shabby either. In my opinion you are THE most allround athlete, being a stunt/ a strenght/ a martial artist/ a grip/ and strongman guy! You are one big walking encyclopedia of strength knowledge. To me, you were kinda like a mythical figure at first, not knowing you but just knowing your performances. Your willingness to share with others that what you know is priceless, so readers: suck up this knowledge, because it doesn't get much better than Beyond Strong!
