Down about 8 pounds in bodyweight. Still able to keep my strength up despite the loss, inclined 230 for 8 Monday which is a rep PR for me, previous best with 230 was 7.
Grip wise, despite not training with grippers I have my 2004 #3 down to under 1/2" with the credit card set. I once deemed this to be an unachievable feat for me, I no longer do. I can tell my pinky and ring fingers need more work and will focus on them some more this week.
Other then that, all is well. Preparing for the Holidays!
