It is 7:50 am, I leave here soon to be at the hospital in Pittsburgh at 11 am. From what I am told it is a fairly quick procedure, so God willing I will be home by sometime late afternoon.
It has been a rough week, try walking around and functioning properly with a heart rate that never goes over 65 bpm! Just walking up the steps too fast takes your breath away. I spent many long hours in front of the TV fighting monsters on the Playstation. God of War is an outstanding game, if you haven't played it yet, give it a go. Amazing!
Immediate post surgery starts my road back to full strength. I hope to be at Cullen's next Sunday doing reverse hypers, belt squats, and glute-hams.
If you are a religious person, say a prayer for me today.
