Didn't have time to post this morning, had to shovel out and clean off the cars.
First upper body workout since 11/27/07. Took it easy to protect the new pacer site and the incision, don't want to rush the upper body work.
-Flat bench press: 225 x3, x3, x3. Nice and easy.
-Incline db presses: 60s x20, x20, x20
-Reverse grip pull-downs: 150 x10, x10, x10
-Low row: 150 x10, x10, x10
-Skull crushers: straight bar, 95 x10, x10, x10
-Push-downs: 150 x10, x10, x10
Not bad. Little sore tonight...will be worse tomorrow. My new Rage X bench shirt shipped today, should have it Friday! Big things coming.
