-Skull crushers with Olympic bar: 120 x8, x8, x8
Done. Amy smoked 155 in the flat bench today! We worked on her form, she can get an incredible arch, so I had her try it and suddenly all the weights felt really light to her. After a rest-pause set of 115 for 10-5-5, she did 135x1 with a pause with ease, then 155x1 with a pause with ease. I am trying to talk her into the doing the Pittsburgh meet and just benching raw, going for 180 or so. She still has 2 months to train, I think she can get 180 easily.
