Got my ass in the gym again. Straight after the morning shift, I went to the gym, otherwise I won't be doing it. Didn't train yesterday or wednesday because when I have morning shift, and train hard the day before, I will NOT be able to wake up at 5am..
One Hand Snatch (barbell): 2x1x40kg, 2x1x50kg, 1x2x50kg
Power clean and push press: 5x5x50kg
V-bar pull down: 50/55/60kg for 10/10/8 reps
Deadlift: warm up and then 10x150kg.. Deep breaths and around 10-20 sec rest inbetween..
Db shrug: 2x15x40kg
Db curl: 12/14/18kg for 8's
Cable crunch..
note to self: next session squats/ chest/ hams..
Nice and relatively quick workout. Been trying to keep them under 45 minutes, to be able to do cardio. That would make a nice combo, so to speak. But somehow straight after I hit the weights, I seem to sneak out before stepping on a stairclimber, a treadmill or bike.. Don't know what it is, maybe some kind of allergy..
