Made the decision today that from here on out everything I do in the weight room is going to revolve around upping my total. Period. I am not going to worry about size, I am not going to worry about not training a certain muscle, I am going to worry about doing things that will improve my squat, bench, and deadlift. This will continue until I hit 2000+.
-1-arm db chest press: 80 x8, x8, x8 each arm. Trying to bring up this bad right side that stalls out on me with the heavy benches.
-2 arm db triceps ext: 50s x8, x8, x8.
-1-arm overhead ext: 40 x8, x8, x8 each arm.
-Push downs: 150 x10, 180 x7, x6, 150 x8
-Forward raise with cable (excellent for shirt bench strength): 40 x8, 60 x8, x8, 70 x8
-Super Pull-over: 120 x10, 160 x8, x8, x8
-Kroc Rows: 110 x25, x25 each arm.
-Low row, underhand grip, straight bar: 110 x10, 135 x10, 150 x10, 180 x10.
Done.
