-2 Board Press: new shirt techniques, Cullen absorbed everything he learned and is now the Yoda of The Bench Shirt. Smart he is. Anyway, I smoked 405 x1, 455 x1, then missed 495. I then got psyched, hit the ammonia cap, and SMOKED 495 x1. That beats my 3 board PR by 20 pounds!!!! Lance did much the same, his previous was 525, he smoked 605. Big benches are coming to the basement of pain.
-Chain push-ups: Started with 6 chains on back, about 125 pounds, dropped a chain every 5 reps. 6 x5, 5 x5, 4 x5, 3 x5, 2 x5, 1 x5, no chain x5. Thanks to Cullen for this exercise that was TERRIBLE. Then I did another set, hit the same numbers.
-Kettle bell floor press: 88s x8, x10, x8.
-Chest supported row: 70 x10, x10, x10, x10, 45 x15. Alternating grips.
Good workout. Happy about the huge PR. Cullen didn't bench today, instead he worked his magic on our shirts and everyone hit a pr. Good stuff!
Squats tomorrow. Double blues choked each side. Should be interesting...

Hey Rick,
Just wondering if you have any pics of this dungeon. Sounds like a hell of a place to train.

Kevin,
No. We have kind of dubbed the camera as an enemy for everything except a meet situation. It makes you worry more about what others are thinking and less about just lifting the fucking weight up.
We have what we need, with the Strong(er) bench and monolift coming in a years time. Right now we have:
-Elite power cage with band pegs and bench
-Pro reverse hyper
-Elite Fitness glute ham
-Elite Fitness chest supported row
-Pull down
-Prowler
-Kettle bells from 26 to 88 pounds in pairs
-bands
-chains
-huge platform
-Texas deadlift bar
-S-Cubed squat bar from Ironmind
-Safety squat bar
-3 texas power bars
-cambered bar
-tons of plates, but we need more.
Excited to get the Strong(er) pro bench then the monolift.
