-Push downs: 190 x8, x8, x8.
-Forward raise with cable: 90 x8, x8, x8.
-Super pull-over: 200 x8, x8, x8.
-Kroc Rows: 132 x15 each arm, no straps.
-Seated low row underhand grip: 195 x8, x8, x8.
Done. Fast, effective workout. I started getting sick to my stomach after the Kroc Rows, so I knew I was moving fast. Weights or reps are going up each week, FUCKING PROGRESSION. Imagine that. No secrets, no special exercises, just get FUCKING STRONGER.
On another note, my explosions from down below have been incredibly smelly since I started taking the Protein Factory mix. I think it is the egg protein, and man, it stinks something fierce. It does serve a purpose though, it clears the gym out from people who are just sitting around talking and trying to look pretty. The down side is it seems to be pissing my wife off...
Well, it looks like I won't be in the ACE pro squat suit at Worlds. I am not one to talk bad about a company, but I feel like I was kind of done dirty with the whole thing so I just asked for a refund. In my opinion, if you are a loyal customer who spends a decent amount of money, you should be helped out from time to time. Ah well. This will allow me to get the Inzer Fusion deadlift suit, a suit that I have heard great things about from some Inzer users. I will be ordering it sometime later this week.
