Saturday I did a really hard 15 minutes on the eliptical with the weight vest then did 3 medium paced (2 minutes) 500m rows on the concept 2 with pushups, swings and snatches for 20 reps in between sets.

25 pushups and 25 squats
750m row
30 pushups and 40 squats
500m row
30 pushups and 50 squats
This was again with the weight vest on. I took yesterday off. Body feels ok except for the the left elbow. I am itching to do something heavy though!
