If you use protein powder, then you already know that the price has gone up. I used to be able to get 10 pound bags of Gold Star whey from Optimum for about $70. Now a 5 pound can costs nearly $60 with shipping.

25% Aussie Caseinate
15% Egg white powder
20% Hydrolyzed 1400
40% Whey protein concentrate
Added stevia for sweetener and got chocolate.
