-Bench Press: went to my opener, 455, got it to touch (though it was a struggle!) and smoked it! I was going to go 475, but figured fuck it, I already have my opener solidified, so I went 495. Jacked the shirt, took it down to under 1/2" but still didn't touch, it flew right up. Left arm locked, right arm stopped short and I tipped a bit. I am very confident now with the bench. Plan is 455-480-500+ for my attempts. Good stuff!
-Triceps death: 155 X5 chest, x5 1 board, x5 2 board, x5 3 board, x5 4 board, x5 5 board, x5 4 board, x5 3 board, x5 2 board, x5 1 board, x5 chest! Finished the whole thing this time, 55 straight reps. Then went 185, made it the whole way up, then back down to 5 reps off 2 boards. I was 10 reps short. That is a huge PR for triceps death.
-Kettle bell death: 36s x20 reps/15 seconds held at lockout, x15 reps/30 seconds at lockout, x10 reps, 22.66 seconds at lockout. One giant set, no set downs. Closer to getting through this.
-Chest supported row: hammer grip, 90 x10, x8, x8, x6.
-Reverse fly with blast straps: x5, x5, x5.
Done. There was 6 of us today! Good times all around, had 2 new guys, one is a state cop. I told Cullen next time the 5.0 was going to be there to let me know, I didn't want to say anything to implicate myself...
Judgment day tomorrow, tighter suit, 800+. It's mine for the taking...
Sorry no video today, just forgot all about it until we were half done. Not used to having the camera again yet.
