Any where from 2 to 1 minute rest in between. Legs are killing me. I have never had this kind of doms, going down steps is terrible. Gotta deadlift tomorrow, pain or no pain.
Nick: I think the biggest thing I have done is realized I have to listen to my body, and when my body says, "Enough heavy shit for awhile pal, you are falling apart" I listen. Aches and pains are starting to go away. My left hamstring was getting weird on me when I was peaking, aching all day long. It is starting to go away. Like I said, powerlifting will still be there waiting when I am ready to go back. This is the perfect time for me, Cullen and Lance, my training partners, are both getting ready for football season (they both coach) so they can't get ready for a meet until after October anyway. I miss slinging the heavy weight with them on the weekends, but I know this is good for me right now and I know in the long run this will preserve my powerlifting years as well.
Anatrop has arrived. I love this stuff, best amino acid supplement on the market hands down! Rumor is Justin Harris and Troponin Nutrition have some new products they are testing...very exciting news. I have not found a product by Harris that doesn't do what it claims.
We are over halfway through the week people, that is something to get excited about! I have 30 or so days until my week at the beach...counting down to sun, sand, and a long quiet week with just me and the wife.

Absolutely! I'm considering going for the physique trip myself. Going hard has many forms and it doesn't have to be heavy lifting.
