This week the new Batman film is released, The Dark Knight. I was lucky enough to work on this film, see Heath Ledger in action and generally have a fun time. Here's the trailer...

Nick, I took my 85 year old grandmother to see Rambo 4...and it was ultra violent and gory. Wasn't expecting it. I'd like to see Batman, but I heard it was voilent...is it a safe flick for a movie-loving granny before I take her to another?

Mike,
I haven't seen it myself but I would suspect that it has it's dark, violent elements in this film although nothing like Rambo. If Rambo is a 10 on the violence scale I would guess this is a 7 at the most.

Mike - Batman is pretty intense. Not gory like Rambo. The violence in Batman is needed. The only part that's bad is 2 Face/Harvy Dent and he's not around for that much. Other than that...I'd take my mom to it (she's 50 something!).
Nick - What part did you play in Batman if I may ask?

When you do stunts you don't really play parts Christian. When you see action being performed you see vehicles and people flying around - that's the stunt performers at work. The whole point is to NOT be seen. Although occasionally we do get featured we tend to avoid it.
