Kettlebell work.
On tuesday still feeling very sore I went downstairs and did about 20-25minutes of light kettlebell work with my 28kg KB. This consisted of snatches, presses, cleans, goblet squats, windmills, figure 8's, cross over deadlifts, side bends and swings. This was a nice easy day workout that got me heart rate up with a good sweat on.
Today...
Box Squat - 135x5, 220x4, 310x3, 405x2, 430x1, 450x1. Solid!
Incline Press - 180x10, 242x5, 251x3x3
Dimel Deads - 265x20. Just one set today as I am still sore from mondays deads.
EZ Curl - 110x12, 150x4
Tate Press - 55'sx10x10
DB Wrist Curls - 55'sx15/15, 75'sx10/10. Just testing out my forearms and wrists and getting some blood in there.
