You'll notice that all three of my fellow bloggers on BEYOND STRONG are doing routines that are simple, effective and in Rick and Steve's cases, right back to their roots. Rick's had a few health issues and despite his quest for strength he understands the need to back off and look after his health. I love Powerlifters and the ridiculous weights they lift but if there's one criticism I have it's the constant need to add size to lift more weight at any costs. Rick understands that his health is more important right now and rightfully so.
Steve's headed back to Squats and lower back work. Steve is squatting machine! He still can't leave the kettlebells alone though and for good reason - they are very effective. I hope Steve keeps logging his training so you can see a garage gorilla at work.
Theo is going all bodyweight crazy on us. Of course he is living like Robinson Crusoe in beautiful Bali! I am loving reading about Theo's new life and how he's having to be creative to get quality training in where gyms are far from popular. Let's have some more pictures Bolo!
My brother in law Ben is staying with my wife and I this weekend. He lives in Sydney, Australia and is doing really well at boxing right now. His fitness is through the roof. Yesterday we all trained together (Nicky, Ben and myself)...

Nick, I don't know if you saw one of my other questions posed to you, so I'll add it here.
(1)What are "pistols"? Can you describe how to do them, or make another youtube posting?
(2)Finally got some rings and rope for bodyweight training...GREAT STUFF! I actually went with those heavy-duty rings that come equipped on childrens swingsets...works perfectly.
Keep up the great work, bro!
