Incline Bench - 135x5, 180x5, 220x5, 242x5, 220x5. This rear delt/teres minor injury is bugging me on most pressing right now.
One Arm Pulldowns - 50x12/12, 70x10/10, 90x5/5
Pushdowns - 50x12, 70x10, 80x8
Tried reverse curls but no way on my bad elbow.
2 hands Pinch - using 2x25kg discs (about 2.25" wide) - up to 190lbs. Based on last weeks pinch this is harder than the Euro set up. We'll use it for now.
