Loz did real good, he should be very pleased with himself.
I LOVE to train, it makes me feel good, and I will do it to the day I die. In all the years I worked in a commercial gym (about 15 years), I could count on my 10 fingers the amount of folks who really loved to train and this is where most go wrong.

It's a little like Mount Snowdon in Wales. You can get a small train to the top, or of course you can climb up to the top on the variety of routes (ranging in difficulty). The destination is all the same, and the view the same, it's just how you get there.

Best advice to anyone is enjoy your training!

Regarding the 'enjoyment'. Back when I edited and published Muscle Mob we published an article or 3 on Malcolm Whyatt called 'Life's an adventure'. In them he relates the enjoyment of the journey, as per David's comment above, as well as arriving. The issue or problem for some is we don't get to think about the journey until well after we've arrived.
