Nice video clip -- I'm looking forward to further posts on the subject. You mentioned that by the end of the 6 weeks, many of you were in the best shape of your lives -- how did you balance the intensity of the workouts so you could improve performance while avoiding the negative aspects of hard training (DOMS, fatigue, etc) that could have had a detrimental effect on your stunt work? Was this factored in to your schedule, or was it just a case of having the experience to know when to "back off"?

I find your weblog enjoyable and informative and look forward to more posts -- however sporadic. Thanks, all the best.
