As I said to the man himself - England's Strongest Man sounds pretty good!
Yesterday Laurence truly came of age winning a high level National contest in style. He had the evnt won before going into the last event (stones). An impressive performance all round for my old training partner and all round good guy. With the birth of his daughter Ava, this is a landmark year for Big Loz and things can only get better.

I hope we get to see this in the UK - I don't recall seeing Britain's strongest man last year on TV.
