Well I was late getting to the Raw Powerlifting meet today that Laurence Shahlaei and his brother Harry competed at but I didn't miss the best lift of the day!
Harry pulled 265kg I believe and totalled over 630kg. Impressive!
Loz firstly squatted 350kg - DEEP!
He then Benched 200kg.
Finally I was there to witness him total of 900kg and to Deadlift 382.5kg! This came off the floor super fast and was as impressive a lift as I have ever seen!
I'm sure there'll be video up on YouTube of these lifts and more soon.
2010 is looking good for the Shahlaei brothers. Kinda makes you wanna lift doesn't it!?!
