| 19-Sept-09 I am getting SICK of remedial work. Tomorrow will be some legit lifting, probably bench based. Remedial Squat Work Barbell Back Squat: 135x15, 135x15, 135x15, 135x15, 225x1, 315x1, 405x1 -superset- TKEs (Terminal knee extensions) with green band. Did ~6 sets of 15-20 each leg. -didn't feel goofy until the 405, then the shoulders' lack of flexibility bugged me. -the goal of the remedial squat stuff is to bring my squat back to form, including adequate shoulder flexibility to comfortably and stably squat. I am basicaly going to do some back squats lightly every damn day to get that particular range of motion back. Remedial Biathalon Kettlebell Work: 2KB Jerks: 12s x 2 min (24 reps), 16s x 2 minutes (24 reps) Snatch: 16x3m R, x3m L (50 reps per side) Oh yeah, I did a VO2Max kind of kb session earlier today as well. -Goal here is to just get some work capacity back. I don't have any fancy bullshit I want to do, so light, high rep ballistics it's going to be. Next workout will have RPEs and shit like that.
